The HGA Spring Craft Show will be on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Please note!

Application and payment will only be accepted online through the SQUARE store of Holy Guardian Angels Parish. No paper forms will be used and no cash or check payments will be accepted. .
There is no early bird discount for the Spring Craft fair or bundle option currently. A bundle option/discount will be offered in the next fiscal year when registration opens in November for the 2026 Christmas Craft Bazaar which will then include the Spring Craft Fair 2027.
Once all the required information is entered into your application there is an “additional comments” section for your use. This section should be used to inform the committee of any necessary information for planning the vendor layout in the gym. The committee will do its best to honor requests for specific space or placement, but please keep in mind that there are no guarantees. Your understanding is appreciated.
Vendor Spaces are $40. Vendor Space is approximately 7' deep x 9' wide. 6 ft. tables are available to rent at $5 each. Electricity is available for a limited amount of spaces for a $5 fee.
Eligibility: All work must be original hand-crafted items. No resale of commercially available items will be permitted.
Home-based party consultants: Only one per company will be accepted, first come, first served.
Set up: Friday, March 20th, 5:30 pm-7:00 pm or Saturday, March 21st, 7:00 am - 8:30 am.
