CYO is now accepting registrations for Fall Sports for the 2026/2027 School Year! 

 

CYO Sports are open to HGA School and HGA PREP students. Girls Volleyball is open to all girls in HGA school and PREP in grades 5-8. Cross Country is open to boys and girls at HGA School and PREP in grades K-8.

 

Please click the box below to complete and submit this registration form for CYO Fall Sports 2026. Your child(ren)'s registration is incomplete until the completed form, payment, and signed releases are received.

A medical release form is required for each athlete.  The form may be accessed at the button below or you may request one from cyo@haparish.com.  

 

All fees will be collected when the rosters are approved and the season begins.

 

The Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) is a parish-based academic and athletic program that falls

within the parameters of a parish’s comprehensive youth ministry program. CYO allows youth to discover

and grow in their relationship with God, provides opportunities for youth to grow in faith and understanding

of their Church, and helps them become responsible participants in their faith community through involvement

in athletic and academic programs that promote the holistic development of young people.
