Here is how it works:

1.  Fill out a white GAGC order envelope indicating your Name, Daytime Phone Number, Account Name (given upon registration) & identify the gift cards you wish to purchase.

2.  Enclose your check (made payable to GAGC), or exact cash.

3.  Receive the Gift cards and use them to make your store purchases, or give as a gift!

When/Where we sell Gift Certificates:

Weekdays:  at the HGA parish office during business hours (9am - 4pm).

Weekends:  in the vestibule of HGA Church before and after every Mass

Who can participate?

Your whole family, extended family, neighbors, co-workers, or anybody can participate for your child.  They simply need to identify your Account Name on their white GAGC order envelope, so that your child will be the recipient of the PREP registration fee credit.

Terms:

a.  Program year runs June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012 with any credit being applied to the 2012/2013 school year.  Amount of credit for PREP families will not exceed registration fee(s).

b. Program and percentages subject to change.

c.  PREP credit only applies to registration fee(s); it does not apply to sacrament fees or Bible fees.

d.  Purchases over $1,000 must be made by cashier’s check, certified check, money order or cash.  Return check fee = $25
